ABOUT US
Mission Agency Processing & Drafting LLC provides drafting, construction documentation, and permit-processing services for homeowners, contractors, and property professionals throughout Santa Barbara County.
Our background in landscape construction, site development, and underground infrastructure gives us a practical understanding of how construction projects are planned, developed, and completed.
Our hands-on experience includes landscaping, hardscaping, retaining walls, concrete construction, septic systems, sewer connections, underground utilities, grading, drainage, irrigation systems, excavation, and general property improvements.
Combined with formal education in computer-aided drafting (CAD) from Santa Barbara City College, our construction experience allows us to approach drafting and permit-processing projects with an understanding of actual field conditions, construction methods, and documentation requirements.
Our goal is to assist homeowners, contractors, architects, engineers, and other property professionals with clear drawings, organized documentation, and agency permit coordination.
